Your First Visit

We understand that you may feel apprehensive about your first visit. Let us tell you what you can expect when you come see us:

Consultation with one of our Doctors

This is the time where we get to know youWe want to know your health history, your current health issues, and most importantly what your health goals are. If you want to overhaul your lifestyle, improve your golf game, pick up your child with no pain; we want to know. The goal of our consultation is to find out where you want to be.

Examination

Following the consultation, we will perform an examination. You can expect us to look at range of motion of different joints, perform simple orthopedic and/or neurologic tests, and just generally get a feel for where you’re at. This will help us determine what type and length of care you will need in order to reach your goals.

Report of Findings

Depending on the depth of the examination, this may take place on your first or second visit. We value your time and want to put together the best care plan in order for you to Get Better, Faster. This may mean allowing us time to review your consultation and exam. At your report of findings, the we will go over what we found, discuss treatment options, and make a plan to reach your goal.

Financials

We understand that finances are an important part of your life. We strive put together an affordable care plan that you can follow. Before we begin any treatments we will discuss insurance benefits and cash payment options with you.

Adjustments and Therapies

This is where your active treatment begins! You may or may not be adjusted on your first visit. Before you are adjusted we will explain exactly what we are doing and how we are doing it. There will be no surprises. We may also want to incorporate therapies and exercises into your treatment plan. Again, we will explain each therapy before we begin and educate you on how it will benefit your treatment.

No matter what your health goals are, we are happy that you are considering AHCC to be a partner in obtaining them.  If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact us at 919-377-0351 or email info@accesshealthchiro.com.
